- The White family was visited by a guest who had just returned from colonial India.
- Climax
- While out at India the guest wondered into an object that may grant you 3 wishes, but with a consequence. They call it the monkey's paw.
- Falling Action
- The old man uses the monkey's paw to grant a wish for 200 dollars, the paw moves and hurts the old man.
- Resoulution
- A man goes to the whiteś the whiteś house and tells the white family that their youngest son passed in a work accident. And the white family received 200 dollars.
- The wife of the house asks her husband to wish his son back to life. The husband wishes his son back in his bedroom in the middle of the night.
- The son of the white family came but he came back dead. The old man used his last wish to get rid of his son and let him go back to the dead.
