  • Physical wellness keeps our body working. It is balancing activity, diet, and mental wellness.

  • Specific,your goal should be clear and easy to understand. Measurable,you will need to put a numerical value to your goal in order to track your progress and know when you have achieved your goal.Achievable,before adding a number to your goal, make sure you aim for a number that you can realistically achieve. Relevant, set goals that are important to you. Time-bound,make a deadline for when you want to achieve your goal.
  • The health related parts of physical wellness are body fat composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  Exercising by keeping in mind these 5 things can prevent diseases like type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke, kidney disease, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis.
  • Setting a smart goal is like breaking down the steps to a problem. Frist identify what you want to do. Be specific! Make sure your goal is achievable. It also needs to be measurable. Make it relevant, this will make you more likely to do it. You need a dead-line so you don't push it off until later.
