- Hey John, I was think about starting a small business!!!
- A Solo Proprietorship is a business owned by one person...
- ...and a Partnership is owned by two or more individual.
- oh....ok......
- Ok what kind of corporation are you going to run?
- there are different types of corporation that you can run... theres Private, Public, Crown, and Municipal Corporation.
- Wait what do you mean by what kind of corporation?
- oh wow I guess I didn't think that far ahead.....I think that my business will be a solo proprietor.
- And a Crown Corporation is a government run business and a Municipal Corporation is a business that provides services locally.
- A Public Corporation raises money by making shares available to everyone......and a Private Corporation is only shared by a few people in the business
- Oh wow I guess I have a lot more to think about when it comes to starting my business.
