- Mrs. Mapp we need an answer now!

- What is going on!?
- We have a tip your keeping a criminal here.
- Yes but You broke Ohio's law either way, Your going to jail.
- NO! THAT'S NOT FAIR I DIDN'T DUE WHAT I WAS ACCUSED OF!
- Some time later at the supreme court...
- Huh? That is unfair to her privacy isn't it?
- Mrs. Mapps Why should you not be convicted of these crimes?
- Because those men broke the fourth amendment the second they walked in my home with a fake search warrant .
- Mrs. Mapp was innocent of all charges due to her privacy being breached which is a violation of the 4th amendment. No matter what the government will obid by their set of laws because its not fair to change the law on a single standard.
