During the cell cycle inter phase or G1 is the first step of the cell cycle you can think of it as normal cell life. During Interphase the cell is getting ready for the next step of the cell cycle.
ANAPHASE
Mitosis is the next step into cell division. Mitosis has many little steps in it self like prophase, metophase, anaphase, and telophase or P MAT for short. first stop in mitosis is prophase, the nucleus becomes invisible and the chromosomes are visible also this phase chromatin condenses into chromosomes
TELOPHASE
metaphase is the next phase after prophase. during metaphase the chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell
CYTOKENISIS
anaphase is the third phase of mitosis spindle fibers appear and connects to the chromosomes. the spindle fibers starts pulling the chromosomes apart.
the spindle fibers pull the chromosomes apart.
the spindle fibers disappear and then the two new identical nuclei appear and then the cell splits then the there are two new identical daughter cells and then it's back to interphase.
