- Thomas jefferson bought the louisiana purchase and doubled the size of the united states.
- Lets go! We are allowed to buy the Louisiana purchase for 15 million dollars this is a nice purchase.
- This is some great land Clark I think we should report back and tell them that they have good farming land here.
- Lewis and Clark
- Lewis and clark went to Kansas and explored it and said it was good land and you can grow lots of plants on it.

- This place is very dry and cant grow plants you also cant live in it. It also looks like a dessert
- Zebulon Pike
- Pike said that this land was very dry and looked like a dessert he also said that you couldn't grow anything on it.
- This place is way to dry to grow anything and has no animals to eat or places to make houses.

- Long also went to kansas and explored it he also said the same thing as pike he said that this place looks like a dessert and nothing can be grown on it.
