  • It`s my pleasure meeting you. I have explained everything to them but they seem not to understand the situation. And there is nothing I can do at the moment since we are in financial crisis.
  • Good day, thank you for meeting with us. i have come here to represent my members, they have voiced out their complaints about not receiving any benefits. so i have come in peace to understand why?

And with my understanding with the LRA, permanent employees should receive these benefits, more especially if they are permanent

  • Firstly Mr Smith we have rights and from where I view this situation you are violating our rights. There is no way that you can let your employees work two full years without being given necessary
  • How about you add at least 20% of wage as company`s contribution to each employee a month, then secondly submit their forms at the Labour offices and lastly look for a medical aid that you think is suitable for hem or get them the one that the company uses.
