- Well here you can see that they were trapped in the elevator so to help the situation Brandon found a knife and showed them. This stopped the fighting and working together ended up saving them all.
- Reshmina Pg. 61
- ”If somebody happens to follow me, there is nothing I can do to stop them.”
- Brandon helps a lady in this picture who was stuck in the elevator. Even though she was badly burned, she was able to live unlike the rest of them who stayed inside and dropped to their deaths :c. He helped someone who needed the help and encouragement to get out.

- "The Taliban are coming! and they know the American is here! Pasoon told them!"

- In here Brandon helps Richard who needed help and didn't give up on finding him. If he did then Richard would be dead and who knows where Brandon would be. Anyways Brandon helped Richard when he needed help like Richard had done. And the Theme I chose was to helping those who need the help and accepting help from others.

- "May I help? I brought blankets. Food. A portable stove...."
- Here you can see that When Taz/Brandon needed help and was blind again, Reshmina helped him even though she could seek revenge. This fits in with the theme because she had helped someone who needed the help.
- "Thank you"
- Here Reshmina is warning her family, the village, and Taz about the Taliban which is a way of a needed help that they did know they needed yet until the Taliban came. Since Reshmina helped by warning them, even more villagers were able to live after she told them they should go under to the caves.
- Here is an example where Taz helps Reshmina in the book. It may not have been much for Reshmina but at least he is trying to help her for helping him. It is something she would need to live when she is trying to look for a home or build it up again.
