- Yeah! My Dad tells me too, but all I had was a pop tart.
- Josh's decision to eat at home deprived him of having a balanced meal to properly fuel him for he up-coming classes
- My mom always tells me to eat my breakfast, because its the most important meal of the day.

- Josh's lack of nutrition is taking a toll on him in the classroom. Meanwhile Mike is feeling alert and attentive.

- A balanced diet goes a long way especially in the classroom. Josh's lack of a balanced diet made it hard for him to stay attentive in class and his results show that.
