- Are you crazy they are the worst government we could impose.
- Shays rebellion was a rebellion that started because the taxes instated by Massachusetts was to high. they where all natianists wich is someone who lovle to the nation they are aprte of. This was a wake up call to the people that the Articles of confederation where not the best form of government.
- Now that we have an agreement lets begin on the new government.

- The Framers the creators of the US Constitution got together from May to September in 1787 to talk about revolutions to the Articles. witch could at the time only alowe the states to start wars and make trites.

- when they first started they only wanted to be able to tax with the articals but Instead of fixing the Articles they thought that the Articles are not the best form of government.
- the Virginia plan is the way to go
- no the NJ plan is the way to go!
- This form of government was vary different form the articles and was outlined in the document known as the Constitution. It was not vary popular. there where 2 plans stated in the begining
- Two plans where proposed the Virginia plan and the NJ Plan. both plans were eventually scraped of the grate compromise witch was a fusion of the two plans
- the two big contribute to the constitution witch are Alexander Hamilton and James Madison. Alexander was a federalist who wrote 51 essays to defend it when it was being ratified. James Madison is the "father of the constitution". federalist are people who sport federalism witch is the where the government is equally separated between state and government witch is where the current separation of power in the us stems from.
