  • Hello! Today I will be telling you how to make Swedish meatballs.

  • Here I say I will be making Swedish meatballs
  • Instructions
  • Add 450 grams of beef mince, 220 grams of pork mince, a thinly diced onion, half a cup of breadcrumbs, garlic, 1 egg, salt and pepper and 5 tablespoons of milk to the bowl and mix
  • Next we want to take the meat and roll bits of it into meatballs. You can produce as many as you like. Once you have made your meatballs you put them in the fridge for two hours

  • While our meatballs are in the fridge let's make the sauce! Add 3 tablespoons of butter into a pan and let it melt. Then add a third of a cup of flour and mix it together. Let it sit for 45 seconds

  • Here I say to roll up your meatball mix into balls and put them in the fridge.
