- Caste Levels and facts!!
- The jobs consist of priest and teachers.
- Brahmins
- -They are one of the most respected in india. -they being there day by going to there family prayer room.
- Their job in the city is to protect, adminstert, and control materiel.
- Kshatriyas
- -20 percent of the population is in this caste. -This caste consists of the warriors and the military
- The jobs consists of traditional traders, farmers, and moneylenders.
- Vaishyas
- -They are entitled to wear a sacred thread.- There duty is to service, trading, gift giving and agriculture.
- They would do agriculture, cow-breeding and trade, profession of artisans and court bards.
- Shudares
- -They "Exist" to serve the three other castes. -They apparently enjoy no laws and no rights.
- They have to do all the "Unclean" work so they do scavengers, cleaning latrines and sewers by hand.
- Untouchables
- -They are forbidden to eat, drink, and walk in to the same homes as the four other castes. -The Children apart of this caste are forced to sit separate from the other children.
