Newtons laws of motion
What are Newtons three laws of motion?
These laws explain basic daily motion.
The fist law states that an object at rest stays at rest and and object in motion stays in motion unless acted by an unbalanced force.
Newtons first law of motion
Examples of the first law of motion
Unless moved upon by an imbalanced force, this Dog will remain at rest. The uneven force is if the owner puts a collar on her and pulls her.
The second law of motion states that the mass and force of an object are proportional to the acceleration of the object.
Example: two soccer balls are pushed down with varying force and mass. The one with more force and mass will have the bigger acceleration.
The third law of motion states for every action there is an equal, but opposite reaction.
Example: The ball is pushed by a girl. The ball pushes back on the girl but makes her only move a little thus the change is not visible
Visual of the example of the third law of motion.
The arrow shows the motion of the ball when the ball is push by the referee.
