- This scene relates to hysteria because in this scene shows how Abigail is seeing the devil with marry wren is coming towards her with the devil to get her and she starts to repeat everything that marry says to show that she is a witch and is controlling her and making her see things.

- This scene relates to revenge because in the play Abigail gets stabbed with a needle in the stomach by a spirit. When they check the doll it had a needle inside it and since the dolls belonged to Elizabeth , Abigail accused her of sending a spiry on her , which meant Abigail wanted her to be accused of a witch and be hung so that she could finally be with Proctor.

- This scene relates to redemption because john Proctor regrets he ever got with Abby because knows that it has affected his family. He has kept it a secret so long to keep his name good, and when hes about to sign the paper they tell him it will mess his name up . So he decided to not sign and just accept the hanging . So hes givings his name as as something to pay for his sins and keep his good name even if hes not alive.

- This scene relates to the theme because, in this scene they are remembering the affair the had. Abby caught feelings that she thought john proctor had caught as well but she was the only one who did and john regrets it and he knows he was wrong and he hurt his family and just wants to forget about it but Abby wont let him forget.

- This scene relates to the theme because it shows how Abigail is jealous that proctor wont leave his wife to be with her. And she doesn't understand that what they had was a one time thing and she doesn't think that its fair that he doesn't love her like he loves his wife.

- This scene relates to lies and deceit because Mary Warren had agreed that she would help proctor so they wouldn't end up hanging his wife. When they were finally in court marry felt so much pressure from Abigail and she got scared of what Abigail could do to her so she lied on proctor and said he was working with the devil and threaten her if she didn't lie to say his wife which was a lie he was not with the devil.
