The story of mister cake
After mixing your ingredients and putting the cake batter in the oven a process happens where co2 and baking soda cause bubbles that can heat up and make a cake soft and fluffy.
hi im mister cake i start as powders and liquids come from the oven and i am frosted and then eaten by people but a lot of science goes on between those steps and im here to tell you about it.
the first step of making a cake is to mix your baking soda, flour, cake mix and then mix eggs and melted butter to make a batter. the baking soda helps the cake rise
After leaving the oven the cake is almost done you just need to expose it to oxygen (also know as oxidacation) changes the cake so it is ready to be frosted and have toppings added to it
I am glad that I could tell you all the chemical reactions I have been through and enjoy trying new experiments. have fun! mr. cake
