  • Hi Aristotle and Galileo, its nice to see you boarding the ship with me. Come on let's not waste time.
  • Hi Newton, its nice to see you also. Let's go....
  • Now that we have met after so many days why don't we all discuss our views on motion and then let the whole world know what is motion.
  • Yes let's do this. Galileo you can first present your view, the Aristotle and then i will present my vies and we can put all the laws together.
  • Hmm. So my view on motion is that object that are in motion tend to stay in motion and I have realized this after so many experiments and I have also noticed this in my day to day life.
  • That's a nice view on motion after all and I agree with it but the motion also stops at some point and it also starts so I feel that motion requires force. What do you think?
  • Hmm. I feel that both of your theories regarding motion are absolutely correct and both of you have your own views on motion. Let me think for a bit and tell you what I think but till then lets go inside as its getting dark.
  • Yes! Let's go but first lets have dinner, I am soo hungry.
  • Newton have you thought of what we proposed. We now want to know your thoughts on motion.I know my theory is the best and no doubt that the world will thank me for this but Aristotle looks a bit worried.
  • Hey!!!!!! I am not worried. I am pretty sure my theory will also be known to the world.
  • Guys!!!!!! Stop fighting. I have thought the whole dinner about the theories and law and I have come to the conclusion that there will be three laws of motion.
  • Wow, that's amazing. I am so excited to know about them.
  • So the three laws of motion are:1. The law of inertia, this law tells us that an object will be at rest or in the state of uniform motion until some external force is applied on the object.2. The second law tells us that acceleration produced by a body is directly proportional to the force applied and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.3. The third and the last law is that every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
  • To Summarize, all of the three Newton, Aristotle and Galileo had their own views and theories whether it was on motion or any other quantity like gravity. All three were correct with their theories. Newton discovered the three laws of motion by exploring different objects, Aristotle also observed and Galileo made his laws and theories by mostly observing an inclined plane.THE END...
