- Well duh, your honor Judge McJudgerson! Why else would I be selling to everybody? Also, dont forget about the TM at the end ofOriginal Extreme Cheezze!TM! It is very important to my branding!
- Your Honor, the recipe and production of Infringious Maximus's cheese is a direct copy of my client's Proto-Cheese.There has been no altercations made to make it an original piece, thus his product infringes on my client's copyright protection.Also, saying TM at the end of the product name does not mean it actually has a trademark Mr. Maximus.
- Looking at the evidence, Infringious Maximus will be fined approximately 10,000 dollars and will have to pay for the opposition's legal fees.
