- After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta in 1879, he studied Natural Science at Christ’s College, Cambridge.
- Bose returned home and got a job as Assistant Professor of Physics at Presidency College in Calcutta in 1885
- In 1895, Bose became the first person to make the Mercury Coherer radio wave receiver work successfully.
- 1901 he performed his experiment with his crescograph. in front of many famous scientists in the Royal Society in London. He proved that plants have feelings
- He founded the Bose Institute at Calcutta in 1917 and passes away August 18th 1945
