Storyboard Description

When the British first realized that the colonists were resenting their taxes, they opposed with more acts, such as the Quartering Acts. This meant the British soldiers could go to a colonists' house, and force them to let the soldiers into their house. The colonists also had to take care of the soldiers, and the soldiers were allowed to treat the colonists as bad as they wanted. This cartoon is supposed to show how bad the colonists were treated, and some examples of what the British soldiers did to them.
