- Doctor explains to mom about the pediatric COVID-19 vaccine. Mom is skeptical of necessity to vaccinate.
- Parents explain to daughter that they're planning a party for her birthday next month. Daughter is excited. News about the "dangers" of COVID-19 vaccine are playing on TV.
- Kid tells everyone at school about party.
- Kid comes home one day coughing badly and looking feverish. Parents are concerned. News displays rise of COVID-19 cases.
- Later could be too late.
- Kid tests positive and asks parents if they're still planning for birthday party. Parents assure daughter.

- Few weeks later, daughter is in hospital. Parents demand doctor to give daughter the vaccine. Doctor explains to them that the daughter already got COVID-19 so a vaccine won't help now.
- Daughter asks mom again if they're still planning for her birthday party. Mom says yes with much uncertainty.
- A room is decorated for a birthday party and a birthday cake is lit with candles. Everyone is dressed in black and singing "Happy Birthday." A picture of the girl is by the table with flowers on top. PSA appears.
