The speaker addresses the tiger. He wonders what the forest looked like the night the tiger was created. He also dreams of what immortal being could've created the tiger and its fearsome beauty.
The speaker wanders off and attempts to dream of the place that the tiger was created. He thinks of what the tigers creator could've looked like. He wonders if it has wings and how daring the creator would have to be to create such a powerful creature.
The speaker then imagines the amount of effort and time that went into creating the tiger. He wonders how strong the creator would have to be to build the muscular tiger.
Who would dare?!?
The speaker then wonders what tools were used to create the tiger. He imagined that the tigers brain was created in a forge. He asks what terrifying being would be daring enough to create the tiger.
The speaker then mentions a time when the stars gave up their weapons and rained tears on the heavens. He wonders if the creator was proud and if he smiled at his accomplishment, and if the creator was the same being that created the lamb.
The speaker goes back to addressing the tiger. He still wonders about who is powerful enough to create the tiger but he now also wonders who would dare.
