SP: I won't allow it!
CP: WAIT! both of you guys control taxes.-
FP: It's federal power to control taxes...
SP: In that case, I'll spread the tax increase evenly and use some funds to help the schools!
SPFP: WE CAN!?
CP: Yes, setting taxes is a shared power by the state and national government. As long as the state isn't trying to tax a federal building, like a bank, it's acceptable.
