  • This is in Geneva Switzerland in the 18 century. In this scene, Dr. Frankenstien is in his lab working on bringing his monster to life. He is able to bring the monster to life but he rejects his creation because the monster did not turn out the way he wanted. This impacts the story because when Dr. Frankenstein rejects his monster, his monster is upset and wants to find love.
  • Falling Action
  • After Dr. Frankenstein rejects his monster, Frankenstein's monster goes on a rampage in central Europe on a quest to find love. This makes Dr. Frankenstein upset because he has to stop his monster.
  • Resolution
  • Dr. Frankenstein and his creation meet in the forest. Frankenstein's creation explains to Dr. Frankenstein that all he wants is love and friendship. Dr. Frankenstein rejects his cries for love and friendship and instead tells him that he is not going to make another monster for Frankenstein's monster to roam the Earth. Frankenstein's monster leaves to find love yet again. This makes the story progress further because Frankenstein makes his monster angry again making the relationship between each other more strained.
  • Dr. Frankenstein continues to try and defeat his monster by following him into the artic. Here he goes a little bit insane and passes out in the snow. Dr. Robert finds Frankenstein and takes him to his cabin to rest.
  • Frankenstein's monster finds Dr. Roberts's cabin and asks him to tell Dr. Frankenstain that he is sorry for doing the wrong thing and that he forgives him for rejecting him because he loves him. Frankenstein's monster gives them a chance at being friends and growing to love each other.
