Storyboard Text

  • It's 8am on game day which means i need a breakfast full of electrolytes! Im going to eat a yogurt parfait with bananas, strawberries, and granola with orange juice. 
  • It's 10am and i'm feeling a little hungry so i'm going to get a protein bar from the vending machines. This contains lots of protein and amino acids. 
  • its 12:30pm which means it's lunch time! i will need a pre - game meal so i will have a whole wheat chicken sand-which with vegetables and some water to drink.  This meal has lots of protein and nutrients in it. 
  • It's getting close to game time! It is now 3pm i am going to have some fresh fruit before my game and drink lots of water so that i'm hydrated since its a sunny day. This snack contains lots of carbs which will give me energy. 
  • 4:00pm game time!
  • successful game! I got home at 6:00pm and had a recovery meal. I had a turkey wrap with vegetables and hummus this contained NTP protein and carbs which will help with muscle recovery. Now it is now 6:30pm and i'm laying in bed to rest.
