- This society is horrible. The pollution is really hitting us. I want to go somewhere that does have as much as pollution.

- SPLAT! (onomatopoeia)NOOO! it's fake!
- The flamingo was still as a tree(metaphor)
- Melanie was looking at the teaching screen. As she was looking into the screen she starting daydreaming about flamingo.Melanie loves flamingos.She woke up from her daydreaming.She went into the waiting room for her mom.She went outside with her mom and they put on her mask.Where she lives pollution is bad over there.So they have to wear masks and eye protection.Melanie wants to go to a place with flamingos and not much pollution.

- due to pollution they became extinct
- What Happened?
- Melanie's parents take Melanie to the island that she been wanting to go to. Melanie isn't use to this much greenery.She runs out in to the green grass looking for the flamingos.Her dad sees her going far so her calls her.Melanie finds a flamingo and gets close to it.This is her first time she sees a actual flamingo.
- Resolution
- She gets closer and closer.She realizes how still the flamingo is.She wants to touch it so she taps it The flamingo falls over.Melanie realizes that the flamingo was fake.The whole time she really wanted to see flamingo.Now the one she's looking at is fake.Melanie starts to crying full of disappointment.
- Resolution
- Goodbye :(
- The guy who own the park explains that all the flamingo are gone.Due to all the pollution cause all the flamingo to go extinct.Melanie understands and puts the fake flamingo back up.
- This is where Melanie grows up in way.She takes acceptance about the flamingo and them going extinct.Melanie leaves the park with saying goodbye to the flamingo.The conflict was that the flamingo were extinct.
- The theme is acceptance and maturing.Melanie had to accept that the flamingo were extinct.She had to mature from this and move on.
