One day, the principal hired a swim instructor. They got into a contract which stated that the swim instructor will coach for minimum 10 years in return for pay. The swim instructor never read the contract and assumed that there weren't a set number of years required for him to work despite it being agreed on. In the end, they both signed the contract.
All the kids were really happy with the new coach and the coach was a perfect fit for the team
7 years went by and he continued to coach and all parts of the contracts were being met.
Everything was fine until.....THE BABY
The baby and being a swim coach wasn't working out. Despite trying really hard to handle both, the swim coach just couldn't do it. He ended up quitting his swim job to better take care of his kid.
The Principal was furious with the swim coach's decision. The Principal filed a lawsuit against the swim coach for breach of contract. The swim coach was confused on why he was being sued as he had no idea what part of the contract he had violated.
