- I had been playing piano for 2 years when my mom wanted me to compete in a piano competition.
- You’ll see when we get there
- Mom,whereare we going?
- My mom took me to a piano competition center!
- I wanted it to be a surprise.
- Mom, why didn’t you tell me?
- I was really nervous when I heard the first few people finished their pieces and it was almost my turn.
- It ok son
- Oh no oh no
- And now we have Stefan Tan!
- I stepped on stage and as I saw the crowd of people, I wanted to run back home because I was so nervous
- Gulp
- I started playin piano and I stumbled a bit at the beginning and I got more and more nervous as Icontinued playing through the piece
- Please don’t play the wrong notes!
- I finished the piece and I felt a huge weight come off of my shoulders. The crowd started clapping and I went to tell my mom how I felt.
- It wasn’t actually that bad
- I told you it wouldn’t be that bad
