Gregory has an explicit memory, a conscious recall of longterm memory. . He is an extraneous student in the class. Last year, Gregory won the spelling bee. His teacher Mr. Rodriguez, says Gregory has the ability to "store meanings of sentences and pictures". Gregory, was the first student to remember all of his classmates names. He is an organized student and always remembers to put things back in order. (Behavior)Mr. Rodriguez's says Gregory knows the expectations of the classroom. He is well behaved and follows all the class rules. He is an exemplary student in the class. He often likes to work on his own. Gregory, is an intrapersonal student. he has the ability to make decisions on his own.

Because of this, his grades are unsatisfactory. Unlike Gregory, he has a hard time learning new lessons and ideas. Furthermore, James is not great at following directions. (Behavior)James struggles in the class with behavior. He has a bad habit of losing his homework. He is easily distracted in the class. Because of this, he frequently finds himself falling behind. Mr. Rodriguez uses rewards to help motivate James to work on the task at hand. James is a talkative student and thrives when working in groups.

James should interact in challenging activities to keep him focused. In order to develop his cognitive processing, James should be allowed to use his imagination and creativity. A descriptive routine should be provided for James to stay on task. Requiring James to interact in group work is essential to his success in the classroom. His teacher should connect new lesson in order to make connections with past lessons.
