- Honey, we can't live in these conditions, the boy will starve. Our groundwater well has dried out.
- Son, we have to go. There is no other option. To save you from the tiring journey, of walking various miles, we will be traveling on the Transcontinental Railroad.
- But mother, I want to stay here! What about my friends?
- I cannot wait for the open range of land that is all ours!
- But what if we run into some trouble, maybe little Jonathan lll was right? There have been scandals' over there, like the Indian wars!
