- A layoff is when someone was ackting inappropriatly in the place of business and a discharge is when some one is fired from the company
- It was good we learned how discharging and laying off some one are different.

- Yup businesses will grow when consumers buy more of the good that is produced

- the business will shrink when people stop buying the product.

- so there are three things that human resources reps do. 1 staffing & planing 2 performance management and 3 benefits

- you missed it. We learned about wages & Salary today in class. a salary is when someone works a set about of time and gets a set about of money. wages is when some one works get payed per job that they do.
