  • Did you know if you wash your hands for 15 seconds the germs will go away.  Exercise eating right and sleep are ways to stay healty.
  • yes yes yes.
  • Exercise is one way to stay healty.  It is important to exercise it can make you stronger and better at sports.  For example exercises help you get better at the monkey bars that makes your arms get stronger.   Jump rope makes your legs stronger.
  • do you want to play in the gym?
  • do you want eat dinner after gym?
  • Sleep is another way to stay healthy.  Sleep helps you remember things.  Sleep helps your brain and body.  Sleep helps you don't cranky.  Based on what I read if you miss some nights of sleep you're going to see things.
  • The last thing eating right is a way to stay healthy.  Vegetables nuts and beans have nutritions that help keep eyes skin and hair healthy.  Carrots have vitamin a and some more which protects and heal our bodies.
  • This is why eating right, exercise and sleep are good ways to stay healthy.  So what do you think?  Do  you want to eat right exercise and sleep or do you want to eat junk food stay home not exercising or don't sleep for the night?  Don't pick these choices.
