- Odysseus sets sail with his men , and finds where the cyclops lives.

- While Odysseus and his crew explore the island they find a cave with food and sheep. soon the cyclops returns to his cave and traps the sailors in the cave with a huge rock.
- Part 5: ODYSSEUS TELLS HIS TALE: BLINDING THE CYCLOPS
- When the sailors lied to the cyclops. They said Poseidon smashed their ship to pieces, wrecking her on the rocks of the cyclopes shore. Later the sailors were back in the cave with an great plan.
- Part 6: ODYSSEUS TELLS HIS TALE: ESCAPE
- the cyclops ate two of the sailors men. They brewed very strong wine and gave it to the cyclops. The crew where able to give the cyclops wine and to proceed with the plan.

- Giving the cyclops rounds of wine, the cyclops fell asleep. While making the spear they pulled it out of the coals, the crew members and Odysseus twisted the spear in the cyclops eye.

- Odysseus' crew tied themselves to thick sheep to escape the cave.
