- We need to tell Mr Thomas because he will be upset when we fail to do our work.
- Hey guys, this machine is giving me problems it's very slow.
- Morning Sir, we are having a problem with the machines, they function very slow.
- Morning Isaac, I will call the maintenance guy to check them before the end of this week.
- I told him, he said they will get fixed by the end of this week
- The employees fails to do their work fast because the machines needs to be fixed. The decide to inform their manager about this issue.
- This is the third week and the machines are not serviced.
- And when the work process is moving slow he blames us.
- Isaac goes to the manager and informs him. He promises to solve the issue during the week.
- You all are late and you haven't finish yesterday's work, I will see you next week at your disciplinary hearing.
- He goes back to his co workers and tells them the manager's response.
- We need to contact our shop steward and ask her to represent us in the hearing.
- The employees on their way to work they discuss about the issue of machines that are still not fixed.
- Mr Thomas believes that his employees have failed to perform their tasks on purpose.
- The employees have a right to have representative, they think to call their shop steward to represent them on the hearing.
