- [Intro]*upbeat, moder country blues music playing throughout the intro*
- Drone shots showing an overview of the whole property
- [Intro]
- (no drone) Subject enters frame and starts talking to the camera
- [Intro]
- Steadycam shot, music fades in.
- [Intro] title appears: "rustic home in the country side"
- [lower third with name of the subject and her occupation]"Hi, my name is Karen, and this is my home."
- Subject turns around and starts walking to the house, camera follows
- Subject opens door and walks in. Music fades out.
- Subject walks into the house and slowly towards the camera.
- Camera follows the subject moving to the kitchen.
- "Okay, so let me show you around, welcome!"
- Several push-out and slider shots showing the entire kitchen area.
- "So, welcome to our house here in rural Bavaria. I live here with my Husband and two sons."
- Close-up shots from kitchen elements: countertop, stove elements, drawer grips.
- "Let us start with the place where we spent most of our time: our kitchen."
- Fixed shot, camera on tripod. 2nd camera with close-up lens shooting B-roll.
- *Fade in upbeat music*
- Voice of the subject continues whilst we see the close-up shots of the kitchen. "What we found very important designing this house, was that we had a large kitchen space, as we spend most of our time either preparing and eating delicious, healthy food."
- 2-3 minute segment where the subject tells a little bit more about herself, her background, how long she's been living there, etc.
- Interesting cuts between between main camera & B-roll
- Camera follows subject upstairs (steadycam)
- (steadycam) Camera follows subject into opening the first door.
- Subject continues speaking.
- Wide shot of the whole room
- "Okay, time for us to go upstairs!"
- Various close-ups of the first room (with music) whilst the subject continues talking.
- "Let me show you the room of our oldest son, Jens. I told him to clean his room, but he is a teenager, so let's see how it looks, haha."
- Fixed shot
- "So this is Jens's little universe, where he says he spends most of his time studying, but I can see the things he is watching on Netflix, haha."
- "It is okay with me though, as long as his grades are good, you won't hear me complaining."
- "Okay so now we have come to my favourite part of the house, the exercise room, this is the place where I start my day every single morning."
- Moving close-ups of the bar bells and other gym materials
- You hear the subject's voice as we see shots of the bathroom
- Voice-over the shots of the bathroom continues.
- *Music accompanying the shots*
- Camera shows wide shot of the entire master bedroom.
- "So whilst we were building the house, what was really important for my husband, was to have a very spacious bathroom."
- Close up shots of the wooden furniture whilst the subject is talking.
- And so that is what we have created here: more than enough space for everyone."
- subject walks down the stairs
- Subject: "And so now we have come to the master bedroom, this is where the magic happens, hahaha. The wood used in the bedroom is sustainable bamboo from central Asia, which we have made a recurring theme through the entire house."
- Wide (steady) shot of the living room, whilst the subject sits down on the couch
- The wood is also used in the kitchen, the study room as well as the furniture outside."
- [Zoomed in]
- "Okay, so I have two more areas to show you: the living room and the outdoor area."
- Camera picking up on the subject opening the garden door
- "So we wanted to have a calm living room area, where the television wasn't the main character of the room. And so we have created a spacious, tranquil area with plants. And this large mirror gives the room a whole bigger dimension."
- Subject walking into shot and sitting down on the rocking chair
- "Oh lord, I am speaking so much. Haha. Let's move on. Okay, before you go, let me take you outside.
- Take 1: Karen ends the tour and speaks into the camera
- "So, we are getting to the end of the tour, and to the best part of the house, or at least for me."
- Take 2: Karen does the same take (word for word), only this time into the drone's camera
- "So this is where I unwind after a long day at work, this is where I find my peace. A glass of wine, a good book, and one of these chairs. That's all that somebody needs."
- "Well guys, that was it. Thank you so much for coming with me on the little tour of our beautiful countryside home. I hope you enjoyed it, and see you next time!"
- After Karen is done speaking, the drone will fly backwards and up, revealing the house fully in its beautiful surroundings. In the edit, use the sound of the first take, and
