  • objectives:a. Who is Amedeo Avogadro?b. and his contribution in the development of atoms.
  • Who is Amedeo Avogadro? - Lorenzo Romano Amedeo Carlo Avogadro, Count of Quaregna and Cerreto was an Italian scientist, most noted for his contribution to molecular theory now known as Avogadro's law.
  • - corrected John Dalton's Theory in which equal volumes of gas, at equal temperature pressure contain equal numbers of molecule.- his laws allowed him to study ans deduce the diatomic nature of nomerous gases by studying the volumes at which this gases reacted.
  • Good day everyone!!I am Maria Angela Medrano from HUMSS 12. I will be sharing some information about the contribution of Amedeo Avogadro in the development of atoms. But before that we should know who is Amedeo Avogadro.
  • What is Avogadro's law?- the amount of molecules, or atoms, in one mole of a material is equal to the Avogadro's number(NA), which is equal to 6.0221415 x 10
  • - the relationship of mass and volume of same gases, at same temperature and pressure, corresponds to the relationship between thier respective molecular weights.
  • Thank you for listening, I hope you learn something. Have a great day!
