This scene shows a police man telling the citizen that he has been arrested for murder. The police man is going to search the citizen's house for the victim or evidence. In the Fourth Amendment, the government cannot search another person's house without a search warrant and a probable cause. They can only search for things that are on the warrant list. Any evidence that isn't on the warrant list will not be used in court.
Please, officer, I am innocent!
Fourth Amendment
You are going to be arrested for murder. We have a search warrant to search your house. Anything you say will be against you in trial.
Order! Order! We are here in trial today because this man has stolen a piece of candy from a store when he was a child.
This scene shows a judge in court saying that this man has been arrested for stealing a piece of candy when he was just a little kid. This violates the law of the Fifth Amendment because you can only be put in trial for a high crime. Stealing a piece of candy from a store is not really a high crime unless if it is a huge robbery.
Fifth Amendment
This scene shows a man being accused of murder. In the sixth amendment, the accused person has the rights to a lawyer and to be in the courtroom when someone testifies against them.
Sixth Amendment
I saw him commit a crime I swear!.
Your honor, even though this man has committed a crime, there is still evidence that he not guilty. Do you want me to explain sir?
