During this lochdown I should to lose my weight and get a healthy diet. I should to solve this problem by doing something.
To lose weight I should eat a balanced diet by comsuming lots of vegetables and fruits. I also need to exercise at home by doing homework or zumba with family.
I also need to fasting to accelerate my weight lose. I also need to drink more water and reduce my intake of sugary drinking and foods during this lockdown.

I can't maintain my diet because I'm to lazy to do so.
I always sleep late because I enjoy streaming movies until the sun rise

I think the problem of obesity during this lockdown can be resolved. So we need to discipline ourselves in order to lose weight without using a sedative.
