- Every day, his routine begins at 5 a.m. when he wakes up, to clean up and get ready to do some exercises

- Next, at 6 a.m., He usually meditates, staying at least 10 minutes still, taking deep breaths.
- Then, at 6:30 a.m., He has a habit of reading, he stays doing it for at least 30 minutes.

- He has breakfast at 7 a.m with his wife and children.
- How delicious!
- Staring at 8 a.m., He begins his work routine until 1 p.m. when he gets ready for lunch and immediately takes a few minutes for a restless break, and start work again until 6 p.m. when it ends.
- Finally, upon arriving at his home, his wife waits for him for dinner, and then at 8 p.m. goes to bed to sleep .
