  • The patient can either self register on the online portal or by a medical representative through a backend system
  • As a patient I would like to register myself
  • After the patient receives a registration pending email, a medical professional will review , confirm and send an confirmation email
  • As a patient I can go to Register Screen , enter information and select a user id and password
  • A medical representative adds the patient
  • As a patient I receive a confirmation email with user id and a link to set the password
