- Did you know that while 61% of Canadians support actions that would reduce waste and improve sustainability, most Canadians are not willing to implement these actions.
- Only 17% are using natural products, and Only 20% are eating less meat and 23% have made some form of sustainable change to their diet, Only 29% of Canadians have started to drive less, only 22% invested in sustainable service alternatives in their homes and businesses
- Most Canadians are unwilling to make these changes because of the higher perceived cost of sustainable alternatives. While sustainable alternatives to ordinary and necessary services reduce costs, wait times, waste, and pollution for organizations and individuals, many customers still support traditional or poorly designed solutions.
