- The story starts off with a young boy named P.T. Barnum, and a girl named Charity. Charity family is wealthy and dont struggle with getting food, but for Barnum he struggles with getting food. And Charites family does not want her to be with Barnum. But they get together and made a family.
- Never Enough
- In this song "Come Alive", the characters show their talents and show the audience who they are and they are not afraid to show it to the world. And they all feel confident in themselves. And it starts to show Barnums circus getting very popular.
- From Now On
- In the song "Rewrite The Stars", Phillips parents dont approve of Anne and she feels sad. And Phillip is trying to apoligys but Anne still is sad. And the song is about them always being together and nothing can seperate them.
- The Greatest Show
- Barnum is starting to get more obsessed with fame and starts to forget about his family. And Jenny Lind is incresing that. And Barnum and Jenny start to get more closer than Charitys realtionship with Barnum. Which makes charity leave Barnum.
- In the song "From Now On", Barnum decides to change in his life and go back to his true self. And he does that by finding Charity and saying sorry to making things right. And then he apoligises to her and says he is going to be better than before.
- I have to make everything right!
- The symbol in the final song "The Greastest Show", is to show your true colors. The creation of the circus was important because, Barnum gave all these talented people a chance to put themselves out there and to not stay in the drak and be ashamed of yourself when you can come into the light and embrasses it.
