- My name is Zhulin Li, and I am from China. My father set up a company related to electricity energy-saving technology for oil production in Daqing, a small city in China. This helped me set my fundamental goal to analyze the entire sustainable economy, especially in sustainable finance and renewable industry.
- My undergraduate school is George Washington University. I major in business with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics. During my undergraduate, I was interested in the ESG aspect. I was a research assistant at GWU Investment Institute. I analyzed Disney's financial quantitative research and focused on the ESG strategy. Due to my interests in ESG, renewable energy, and sustainability, I am now a first-year graduate student of MS in Sustainability Management at Columbia University.
- I had an internship at a green finance institute in China. I authored an article titled "Green finance supports the development of environmental-sustainable industry," deepening my knowledge of sustainable finance and the broader sustainable industry landscape. Recently, I plan to co-found an online social media account, "Rich Sister." I aim to engage with the public and promote sustainable development, with a strong focus on climate change and green finance, leveraging the popularity of platforms like WeChat and Red in China.
