The Last Supper was Jesus' final meal which he shared with his disciples the night before he was crucified. Jesus told his disciples of his prediction that one of them would betray him.
That evening, a soldier came and arrested Jesus to take him to the high priest. Some disciples tried to resist but Jesus assured them that they should not be violent.
Pontious Pilot did not think Jesus should be killed so he asked the people what they thought. They wanted Jesus dead.
Jesus was made to carry his heavy cross for a long way. Then he was crucified on it next to two robbers. Then Jesus died.
Jesus’ body was buried in a tomb guarded by soldiers. On Sunday morning, three days after the crucifixion, some of Jesus’ female followers went to his body. However, they found the tomb was empty. Two angels appeared and told them to tell the disciples Jesus had risen from the dead.
Then, Jesus was taken up into a cloud. Two men in white appeared and told the disciples that Jesus had gone to Heaven.
