- Johnny, Dally and Ponyboy meet at the Dairy Queen. Darry tells them about the gang war going on back home and that Cherry was a spy for the greasers.
- They drive and argue about whether or not Johnny should turn himself in.
- Dally reveals a new side of himself and a bit of his past which he never usually talks about.
- From the car, the group can see the church burning.
- A group of children have gone missing in the church and Johnny and Pony have to get them.
- The two find the kids and get them outside safely. The children seemed to be having fun.
