- After being in the wild for a little, Jane remembered that she never got trained to touch the chimpanzee which was hard for her because how was she supposed to research? When she first started her training, at first she didn't really get it but when she started to get to know the chimpanzees she then got the hang of it.
- To help the chimpanzees, you need to have people with a growth mindset.

- Jane wanted to go into the wild being ready to touch and research these chimpanzees but was never trained so didn't get to research them the first time she went into the wild.
