- One day an Angel came to visit a young woman named Mary. He came to tell her some very important news
- Mary you will give birth to a baby boy and you will name him Jesus. He is the son of God.
- Mary and her husband, Joseph need to travel to Bethlehem which is Joseph's home town. They need to go there because they need to count everyone who lives there.
- When Mary and Joseph arrive in Bethlehem after a long journey there are no inns that they can stay in. One of the inn keepers sees that Mary is pregnant and lets them stay in his stable.
- You can stay here in my stable.
- While they are staying in the stable Mary goes into labour and Jesus is born. Once he is born he is placed in a manger.
- Not long after Jesus is born and angel comes to three shepherds on a field to tell them the news. Three wise men also spot a bright star and decide to follow it.
- Wow! Look at that bright star. Let's follow it!
- Don't be scared. A saviour has been born and you must go see him!.
- The six men are all led to the stable were Jesus was born. The three wise men also bought gifts of gold, myrrh and frankincense for Jesus.
