Marley Dias noticed that the books in her fifth-grade classroom were all diverse. She didn't like it so she went back to the school. And tried to fix it so the books wouldn't be diverse.

Marley Dias read one the books from her fifth-grade classroom. And saw that only white people were the main characters. And she said that when she would read the books black people were never the main characters.
Why do the books only have white main characters? I'm going to make a end to this.
Marley Dias said that her mother turned the problem into an opportunity. It was less than three years and she had collected more than 12,000 books. So she started to donate them to South Africa
