- Melanie falls asleep as she is in the teaching booth dreaming about flamingos dancing with the wind personfication when she hears a bell and she wakes up knowing school is over

- when the last flamingo died we though we run out of busniess
- Melanie askes her parents if they can go to the natinal park her mom half promised but she rembered that her mom and dad were arguing about it but here mother promesied so her dad agreed so they get on the helicopter to the park

- Melanie touched the flamingo and it fell over then Melanie started to cry then she can hear her father yelling for her to comeback

- she heard the owner and her dad talking about the park and the owner said that flamingos they went extinct a couple of years ago so she stoped crying
- Melanie picks up the flamingo it stands stands straight like a pole simile and relizes that she needs to grow up flamingo where extinct they were extinct a few years ago
- Melanie comes back and fells sory and wants to go home
- sorry dad for running off can we go home also I relized I need to grown up
