- When I got to school I realized that Melody had shared my picture with everyone, everyone started to gossip around me, that was the moment where I realized nothing would ever be the same

- I told her everything#160;that had happened, she said that it is completely logical that I have depression since I have been going through a lot, she suggested to get out of my comfort zone
- Something I would try is to get out of your confort zone so that you can get over this

- She said that it was the process when I push myself to try new things even if they are uncomfortable at first. This doctor may have saved my life, since I met my best friend because of this.
