- After his siblings got here in the US, my uncle and my grandparents bought a new home in San Jose and my uncles and aunties started school and some are already working. But they still have to learn how to speak English, but they already learn that from the Philippines and just need to speak the language to fit in.
- In 1968, my uncle Rey is in listed to join the US Navy in Philippines. Uncle Rey is my dad older brother where he gets recruited to go to US

- My dad come back to Philippines to export business like exporting seafoods from Alaska, the seafoods he export is salmon, fishes and etc, my dad has nowhere to go but good thing a fellow businesswomen let him stay on her house. The business women is actually my auntie.
- the training for navy is sure is hard but we still have 3 more months to go
- When my dad went to my auntie's house, that's where my auntie introduces my mom before and that's how they met and started talking to each other. And that's how parents met and they went back to the US to get married and my brother and i were born here in the US. And that's how my family got here.
- Years have passed and it''s in during 1976-1980. My uncle want to bring all of his family to the US to have a better lifestyle. But first, he sign a petition for his parents and then his sibliblings.
